Ready when it matters
The Nationale Zorgreserve is a national pool of trained healthcare professionals who can step in when hospitals and care homes need extra hands in a crisis. When that moment comes, the reserve must know exactly who is available, qualified and ready.

Data you can rely on, for years
During onboarding, Reservistenpas checks whether a reservist has a verified BIG registration. Not every role needs one, but knowing who does helps the Nationale Zorgreserve plan. Diplomas and relevant work experience are recorded too, and that data has to stay up to date between crises. It is also sensitive personal data, so the platform has to be secure and GDPR-proof.

One profile per reservist
El Niño built Reservistenpas, where each reservist keeps their own profile up to date: education, work experience, references and the safety region (veiligheidsregio) they live or work in. That way the reserve knows who is available in which part of the country. The reserve team manages the whole pool from one admin environment, including tasks, contact moments and appointments.

Verified, automatically
The platform checks each BIG registration against the official BIG register and re-checks it over time. Diplomas are verified through a screening partner. So the reserve knows who is qualified, without chasing paperwork.
