As a Senior Digital Designer the role requires balancing top-notch design skills with strategic thinking and leadership: blending creative expertise, a clear vision and the ability to guide both clients and junior team members.
- Shape and drive strategy, aligning with both user needs and business goals
- Presenting concepts, handling feedback and navigating client relationships to keep projects on track
- Continuously work with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life
- Mentoring Junior designers, conducting design reviews and ensuring quality control across projects
- Being able to manage shifting priorities and timelines in a fast-paces environment
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Digital agency or similar environment, with a standout portfolio that demonstrates high-quality, digital-first design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe - Creative Suite; familiarity with prototyping and design systems is essential
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
- Salary transparency: €3000-6000
