When you are studying it is hard to work regular office hours. We get that at El Niño. You can work whenever you want, even in the weekends or evenings. Working remote, from the office or a combination of both: it is up to you what you prefer.

We believe learning and innovation are crucial. To stimulate this we provide a learning budget for everyone, which you can spend on developing your skills. Learning also takes time. That’s why we assign 10% of working hours to learning.

At El Niño we support and value our employees of diverse backgrounds. We are committed to making sure everybody can be themselves. We encourage our people to take responsibility and ownership over projects in a culture of respect, openness, and feedback.

We don’t believe in strict hierarchical structures: everybody can share ideas and initiatives. All work but no play? We think it is very important for our employees to be happy and healthy. That is why we have healthy lunches together, work out every week and organise movie nights and other activities. Of course this is all voluntarily.

Whether it is a mobile app, web application or webshop: we love a good challenge. If it was easy, everybody could do it. All of our projects are technology driven and we always try to find the best solution possible. You are not on your own: working together with your colleagues is key. Enthusiastic team members are always more than happy to help you out!

We work with feasible targets within our projects to make sure there is room to deliver high quality. Of course we provide a competitive salary and all the tools you need for the job, like a MacBook Pro which you can also use privately. Furthermore you get paid sick leave and holidays.
