Learn by building real software for real clients
An internship at El Niño — means joining a squad, not a side project. You pick up tickets from the same sprint as everyone else and build web platforms, dashboards and integrations for international clients in energy, healthcare or e-commerce. Whether it is a Vue frontend, a Python or PHP backend or an integration between the two: your code ends up in production. Want to learn fast with a mentor by your side? Get in touch!
What you will do
- Join a squad with senior developers, a designer and a product owner
- Build features in Python, PHP or JavaScript (Vue), depending on your project
- Write tests, review merge requests and get your own code reviewed
- Collaborate with the team in sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions
- See your work go live for real clients
Your experience and skills
- HBO or WO student in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Comfortable with at least one programming language and Git
- Curious, hands-on and not afraid to ask questions
- Living in or willing to travel to Enschede or The Hague
